History
Caber Music was a record
label launched in Scotland in 1998 with support from the National
Lottery. Our aim was twofold - to make available on CD for
the first time music from the vibrant Scottish Jazz and Creative
music scene, and to take advantage of the new wave of opportunities
thrown up by the advances in technology and their impact on
all aspects of the making, recording, manufacturing, and marketing
of music. By filling an old gap, and also jumping into a new
opening, our central goal is to get high quality music direct
to you, the customer, for repeated listening enjoyment at
your own home.
