Notes : |
McMurdo's first recorded foray into a small group setting
is released under our CANOPY label. As you would expect it is
swinging, entertaining, contains crooning and swooning as well
as some astonishing singing and playing. In this new CD, Craig
has gathered together a wide range of material from the popular
American songbooks by composers such as Mercer, Berlin, Rodgers
& Hart, songs made famous by such singers as Sinatra, Nat King
Cole , Fred Astaire and Dean Martin. He has added his ‘give
it all’ own panache and style and the CD has great sing along
potential with these all time classic’s. |
